Most of our consumer services we offer for a flat rate labor fee of $95.00. This fee does not include any other costs such as hardware or additional software.

* CIM does not perform more advanced types of data recovery, such as are required when a hard drive has been physically damaged.

CIM is committed to providing computer repair services that are reasonably priced and done correctly. We stand behind our work and will do what it takes to bring your machine into proper working order. If you are experiencing any problems with your computer after we have serviced it, please give us a call and let us correct it.

If we are unable to repair your computer for some reason, we will charge you only our diagnostics fee for labor (hardware charges are separate).
