This application allows you to easily account for all students that participate in school field trips.

The process begins by exporting desired students from the master database that will participate in the trip. The easy-to-use interface shown below illustrates the interface for this process. This information is then transferred to the handheld device that will be taken to scan children while away from the school.

Scan children as they enter the bus leaving school. This will mark them as out. Scan as they board the bus to return. A simple refresh shows all students that do not have a corresponding return scan. Photo and demographic display aids in finding the student.
