PARSuite is a series applications designed to help your organization easily track, record and report information that is vital. Suite modules include:

Inventory/Evidence Tracking

Regardless of which type of organization, the Inventory module will prove invaluable in maintaining and reporting your inventoried items. Using the handheld unit, users can easily point to the correct capture screen and scan the item barcode. Dropdown menus make standard operations even easier. For example, to transfer an item from one location to another, they will begin by selecting an original location (e.g. warehouse), scan the item and select the destination location from a dropdown box. The handheld is now ready for another scan! When the handheld data is transferred back to the main database, all item counts and location information are automatically updated.

Continuing Education

Easily record personnel attendance in State education courses by scanning their ID card as they enter and exit the course. Then send this information to update State information.

Incident Reporting

This module was designed to facilitate the entry and reporting of police incidents. Text-sensitive dropdown information eliminates the need for full or duplicate data entry and greatly reduces the time required to fill out a report. Additionally, you can attach digital photo images along with a description to the incident. A major feature of the system is an automatic warrant alert that will alert the officer based on address, driver's license or name. At the end of the day, each officer's information is downloaded back to a centralized computer where all reporting is performed.

Personnel Accountability

The Incident Commander's best tool, Personnel Accountabilitythis module allows you to track the whereabouts of all personnel dispatched to an incident. The system uses state-of-the-art technology to identify all personnel on scene, in structures or dispatched to a hospital. Moreover, you can easily record basic incident information as well as associate digital images from the scene. Track personnel vital signs and SCBA issuance. This module performs all required reporting.

CIM is presently working on two additional features that will make this module invaluable:
Incident Profiling: Evaluate incident trends based on address or owner name.
Routing/Imagery: Not only will this feature give directions to the scene, but also provides aerial images of the location!
