CIM is pleased to announce the release of the Attendance Tracking System- an application designed to enter user-definable courses, enroll students and capture attendance and tardiness on a daily basis.
Tied directly to IVIS, the IDenticard badging system, ATS reads barcoded photo ID cards as students enter the classroom, automatically displaying their photograph and a color coded attendance flag.
The system also allows for suspensions, expulsions and other extended leaves that will impact on the student's attendance record.
Attendance is recorded by simply clicking on the student's name! Its that simple. Once attendance has been recorded for the class, click on the SUBMIT button and the class 'bubble sheet' has been completed. For classes that do not take place in a regular classroom, such as gym or labs, the instructor can print a hard copy of the class roster and fill it out manually, entering the information later once in front of a computer.
Student Information
The system maintains all vital student and contact information, including additional documents (e.g. birth certificates, immunization records).
ReportingATS provides complete attendance reporting by class, teacher, student or date. Additionally, the system will print temporary ID cards and Hall Passes.
